Two hundred themes. That's a lot of words... a lot of art. So many ponies. It needs to be signified, somehow. It felt most iconic to celebrate this milestone with a ponies most iconic trait, their cutie mark. And so, we celebrate 200 weeks of the MLP Artist Training Grounds Alumni. Thank you, each and every one of you, from Week 1, to Week 200, and everything in between. We hope to continue to inspire for years to come.
And so, without much more preamble, please take a look at our Week 200 Wrap Up Blog, and observe all these ponies showing off their talents.
Ponies are curious, are they not? They don't do well alone, searching for others to bond with, to be with. Sometimes, that bond can be with something other than another pony, in fact. Friends come in all shapes, sizes, and species. It should be no surprise that this week, we go back to a theme from long ago, with a new spin:
A Pony's Companion / A Loyal Friend
Many ponies have companions, pets, if you will. Some may scoff at the relationship that some may have with these companions, but they are real, and they are strong. Never question the loyalty between a pony and their pet, or it shall surprise you every time.
So, what kind of companions do these ponies have? To what lengths are they willing to go for them, or for their other friends? Celebrate loyalty. Celebrate those furry, scale, and feathery companions who are themselves so devoted.
Stand tall with your companion, pet them, pamper them, love them. And then upload them to the external submitter to be included in the Weekly Wrap Up Blog. The username is artist and the password is twilight.
